Plants, parts thereof or their extracts (e.g.tea) which contain the DMT substance in natural concentration are currently not subject to the regulations of the Swiss Narcotic Act and consequently freely marketable without special authorization. DMT is a chemical listed in the directory "d" (appendix 5) of the Swiss Feferal Narcotic ordinance and therefore can only be marketable with a special permit.
