Abstract
The alkaloids banisterine and harmine are according to the chemical, physical, experimental, pharmacological and clinical-therapeutic studies employed by a wide variety of researchers
identical.
Further numerous therapeutic experiments in Parkinson's diseases have confirmed the experience of its effect on the extrapyramidal motor system, as explained in previous publications.

We have not observed damage caused by harmine or accustomment in the sense of harminisine even in the case of years of administration.
The most effective way of subcutaneous administration of the alkaloid was to be administered; in many cases, we also had favourable success with suppositories and keratinated capsules. About our successes with Extractum fluidum from Peganum Harmala, nothing can be said to be concluded yet.
If no effect is achieved with harmine alone, it is recommended to connect it with other alkaloids from the solanacea group.
The indication area of the harmine primarily includes the extrapyramidal disorders associated with Rigor and Akinesis, but certain observations suggest that it may be expanded.
