Intimately related to our Indians - not to mention exclusively today - is the famous illusiogen, magic plant par excellence, called "Yagé". I will try to summarize everything that has the greatest interest in the famous apocinacea of such strange properties. What we have investigated from the folkloric point of view, as a demosophical expression, and what many men of science have brought to the knowledge of such an important plant species.
