Abstract

The dispensing of drugs within the framework and for the purpose of psychotherapy causes concerns about the moral reliability of the medical practitioner. Problem: The applicant opposed the revocation of his medical practitioner's licence for criminal offences, which was made in order of immediate execution. The SG had to assess whether the applicant was missing the necessary sense of responsibility because he had distributed and also taken drugs to the patient at a therapy session and whether the prognosis of a continuing risk of legal property. This was based on the interpretation of the indefinite concept of “moral reliability”.
