Abstract
We present in this article shamanism and hypnosis, two practices from different cultures, to try and show what therapeutic process is. The change of consciousness within a therapeutic frame constructed like a ritual is important because the plasticity of the body and the mind is raised; then the patient is more suggestible. We can also try to explore differently psychotherapy and try to invent new therapeutic approaches.
