For thousands of years, indigenous and pre-industrial societies have applied this masterly knowledge of the various species and plants specializing in psychological, spiritual, physical development such as Ayahuasca. These knowledge have been transmitted from generation to generation to maintain sociocultural harmony and survival. Over time, the seizure of ayahuasca has marked the dissolution of borders between rural and urban, forest and city, tradition and modernity; these domains interpenetrate cases where art, therapy, political, playful, magical, religious intervention… they mix through the use of ayahuasca, a drink that operates as a mediator or communicator of perspectives, perceptions, experiences and diverse sensations. The city has forgotten that we have diversity of information and culture that is being lost every day. One way to rescue and continue to preserve customs and traditions is to continue to maintain a constant practice. Then why not enjoy a reunion with ourselves? Why not revive the tradition of the ritual of Ayahuasca?
