This article seeks to understand the overdetermination of relationships between the reproduction, mobilization and consolidation of ayahuasca ceremonies in Colombia. To do this, a theoretical-methodological matrix will be proposed from a post-plural logic that invites to conceptualize these ritual practices based on three intertwined but autonomous dimensions: beliefs, interests and frames of enunciation. From this multi-scalar model, it will be possible to understand the interrelation in friction between animistic beliefs, capitalist economy thresholds, and contemporary crossroads of the ethnic representation composing this phenomenon.
