My view of cancere, however unscientific, comes largely from my having looked at my own cancerous cells under an electron microscope in the company of a pathologist, coupled with visions seen during sessions with ayahuasca. To accept my interpretation of how ayahausca works requires a suspension of all previously held beliefs about the differences between the plant and animal worlds.
