The present research work was developed in the facilities of the national intercultural university of the amazon province of coronel portillo district of Yarinacocha in the year 2017, the objective was to propose and encourage the repopulation of forests in native communities of the Ucayali region with native plants of ancestral uses such as (Banisteriopsis caapi), ayahuasca, The interest of the research work called revaluing the ancestral value of (Banisteriopsis caapi), ayahuasca through the production of seedlings was basically by students of the careers of bilingual education and agroforestry engineering aquaculture, because in their communities are already losing the ancestral value of the customs and uses of traditional medicine that for hundreds of years were used by their ancestors.
