Abstract

A plant in South America, which is not yet known and yet chemically and toxically, enriches the number of narcotic and exciting principles. The Banisteria Caapi, the Malpighiacean family, and therefore belongs to a family in which no known species of a pronounced and even narcotic toxicity were previously known.
